| CVE-2022-49775 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-07 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: cdg: allow tcp_cdg_release() to be called multiple times Apparently, mptcp is able to call tcp_disconnect() on an already disconnected flow. This is generally fine, unless current congestion control is CDG, because it might trigger a double-free [1] Instead of fixing MPTCP, and future bugs, we can make tcp_disconnect() more resilient. [1] BUG: KASAN: double-free in slab_free mm/slub.c:3539 [inline] BUG: KASAN: double-free in kfree+0xe2/0x580 mm/slub.c:4567 CPU: 0 PID: 3645 Comm: kworker/0:7 Not tainted 6.0.0-syzkaller-02734-g0326074ff465 #0 Hardware name: Google Google Compute Engine/Google Compute Engine, BIOS Google 09/22/2022 Workqueue: events mptcp_worker Call Trace: <TASK> __dump_stack lib/dump_stack.c:88 [inline] dump_stack_lvl+0xcd/0x134 lib/dump_stack.c:106 print_address_description mm/kasan/report.c:317 [inline] print_report.cold+0x2ba/0x719 mm/kasan/report.c:433 kasan_report_invalid_free+0x81/0x190 mm/kasan/report.c:462 ____kasan_slab_free+0x18b/0x1c0 mm/kasan/common.c:356 kasan_slab_free include/linux/kasan.h:200 [inline] slab_free_hook mm/slub.c:1759 [inline] slab_free_freelist_hook+0x8b/0x1c0 mm/slub.c:1785 slab_free mm/slub.c:3539 [inline] kfree+0xe2/0x580 mm/slub.c:4567 tcp_disconnect+0x980/0x1e20 net/ipv4/tcp.c:3145 __mptcp_close_ssk+0x5ca/0x7e0 net/mptcp/protocol.c:2327 mptcp_do_fastclose net/mptcp/protocol.c:2592 [inline] mptcp_worker+0x78c/0xff0 net/mptcp/protocol.c:2627 process_one_work+0x991/0x1610 kernel/workqueue.c:2289 worker_thread+0x665/0x1080 kernel/workqueue.c:2436 kthread+0x2e4/0x3a0 kernel/kthread.c:376 ret_from_fork+0x1f/0x30 arch/x86/entry/entry_64.S:306 </TASK> Allocated by task 3671: kasan_save_stack+0x1e/0x40 mm/kasan/common.c:38 kasan_set_track mm/kasan/common.c:45 [inline] set_alloc_info mm/kasan/common.c:437 [inline] ____kasan_kmalloc mm/kasan/common.c:516 [inline] ____kasan_kmalloc mm/kasan/common.c:475 [inline] __kasan_kmalloc+0xa9/0xd0 mm/kasan/common.c:525 kmalloc_array include/linux/slab.h:640 [inline] kcalloc include/linux/slab.h:671 [inline] tcp_cdg_init+0x10d/0x170 net/ipv4/tcp_cdg.c:380 tcp_init_congestion_control+0xab/0x550 net/ipv4/tcp_cong.c:193 tcp_reinit_congestion_control net/ipv4/tcp_cong.c:217 [inline] tcp_set_congestion_control+0x96c/0xaa0 net/ipv4/tcp_cong.c:391 do_tcp_setsockopt+0x505/0x2320 net/ipv4/tcp.c:3513 tcp_setsockopt+0xd4/0x100 net/ipv4/tcp.c:3801 mptcp_setsockopt+0x35f/0x2570 net/mptcp/sockopt.c:844 __sys_setsockopt+0x2d6/0x690 net/socket.c:2252 __do_sys_setsockopt net/socket.c:2263 [inline] __se_sys_setsockopt net/socket.c:2260 [inline] __x64_sys_setsockopt+0xba/0x150 net/socket.c:2260 do_syscall_x64 arch/x86/entry/common.c:50 [inline] do_syscall_64+0x35/0xb0 arch/x86/entry/common.c:80 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x63/0xcd Freed by task 16: kasan_save_stack+0x1e/0x40 mm/kasan/common.c:38 kasan_set_track+0x21/0x30 mm/kasan/common.c:45 kasan_set_free_info+0x20/0x30 mm/kasan/generic.c:370 ____kasan_slab_free mm/kasan/common.c:367 [inline] ____kasan_slab_free+0x166/0x1c0 mm/kasan/common.c:329 kasan_slab_free include/linux/kasan.h:200 [inline] slab_free_hook mm/slub.c:1759 [inline] slab_free_freelist_hook+0x8b/0x1c0 mm/slub.c:1785 slab_free mm/slub.c:3539 [inline] kfree+0xe2/0x580 mm/slub.c:4567 tcp_cleanup_congestion_control+0x70/0x120 net/ipv4/tcp_cong.c:226 tcp_v4_destroy_sock+0xdd/0x750 net/ipv4/tcp_ipv4.c:2254 tcp_v6_destroy_sock+0x11/0x20 net/ipv6/tcp_ipv6.c:1969 inet_csk_destroy_sock+0x196/0x440 net/ipv4/inet_connection_sock.c:1157 tcp_done+0x23b/0x340 net/ipv4/tcp.c:4649 tcp_rcv_state_process+0x40e7/0x4990 net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:6624 tcp_v6_do_rcv+0x3fc/0x13c0 net/ipv6/tcp_ipv6.c:1525 tcp_v6_rcv+0x2e8e/0x3830 net/ipv6/tcp_ipv6.c:1759 ip6_protocol_deliver_rcu+0x2db/0x1950 net/ipv6/ip6_input.c:439 ip6_input_finish+0x14c/0x2c0 net/ipv6/ip6_input.c:484 NF_HOOK include/linux/netfilter.h:302 [inline] NF_HOOK include/linux/netfilter.h:296 [inline] ip6_input+0x9c/0xd ---truncated--- | ||||

| CVE-2025-12779 | 2 Amazon, Linux | 2 Workspaces, Linux | 2025-11-07 | 8.8 High |
| Improper handling of the authentication token in the Amazon WorkSpaces client for Linux, versions 2023.0 through 2024.8, may expose the authentication token for DCV-based WorkSpaces to other local users on the same client machine. Under certain circumstances, a local user may be able to extract another local user's authentication token from the shared client machine and access their WorkSpace. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to the Amazon WorkSpaces client for Linux version 2025.0 or later. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26497 | 4 Linux, Microsoft, Salesforce and 1 more | 5 Linux, Linux Kernel, Windows and 2 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.3 High |

| CVE-2025-58364 | 3 Linux, Openprinting, Redhat | 3 Linux, Cups, Enterprise Linux | 2025-11-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| OpenPrinting CUPS is an open source printing system for Linux and other Unix-like operating systems. In versions 2.4.12 and earlier, an unsafe deserialization and validation of printer attributes causes null dereference in the libcups library. This is a remote DoS vulnerability available in local subnet in default configurations. It can cause the cups & cups-browsed to crash, on all the machines in local network who are listening for printers (so by default for all regular linux machines). On systems where the vulnerability CVE-2024-47176 (cups-filters 1.x/cups-browsed 2.x vulnerability) was not fixed, and the firewall on the machine does not reject incoming communication to IPP port, and the machine is set to be available to public internet, attack vector "Network" is possible. The current versions of CUPS and cups-browsed projects have the attack vector "Adjacent" in their default configurations. Version 2.4.13 contains a patch for CVE-2025-58364. | ||||
| CVE-2025-58060 | 3 Linux, Openprinting, Redhat | 3 Linux, Cups, Enterprise Linux | 2025-11-04 | 8 High |
| OpenPrinting CUPS is an open source printing system for Linux and other Unix-like operating systems. In versions 2.4.12 and earlier, when the `AuthType` is set to anything but `Basic`, if the request contains an `Authorization: Basic ...` header, the password is not checked. This results in authentication bypass. Any configuration that allows an `AuthType` that is not `Basic` is affected. Version 2.4.13 fixes the issue. | ||||

| CVE-2024-42103 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: btrfs: fix adding block group to a reclaim list and the unused list during reclaim There is a potential parallel list adding for retrying in btrfs_reclaim_bgs_work and adding to the unused list. Since the block group is removed from the reclaim list and it is on a relocation work, it can be added into the unused list in parallel. When that happens, adding it to the reclaim list will corrupt the list head and trigger list corruption like below. Fix it by taking fs_info->unused_bgs_lock. Since the block group was in the unused list, the used bytes should be 0 when it was added to the unused list. Then, it checks block_group->{used,reserved,pinned} are still 0 under the block_group->lock. So, they should be still eligible for the unused list, not the reclaim list. The reason it is safe there it's because because we're holding space_info->groups_sem in write mode. That means no other task can allocate from the block group, so while we are at deleted_unused_bgs() it's not possible for other tasks to allocate and deallocate extents from the block group, so it can't be added to the unused list or the reclaim list by anyone else. The bug can be reproduced by btrfs/166 after a few rounds. In practice this can be hit when relocation cannot find more chunk space and ends with ENOSPC. | ||||

In the performance test scenario, function irq_wait_for_interrupt() will always return 0 if lots of interrupts occurs and the CPU will be continuously consumed. | CVE-2025-39673 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2025-11-03 | 7.0 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ppp: fix race conditions in ppp_fill_forward_path ppp_fill_forward_path() has two race conditions: 1. The ppp->channels list can change between list_empty() and list_first_entry(), as ppp_lock() is not held. If the only channel is deleted in ppp_disconnect_channel(), list_first_entry() may access an empty head or a freed entry, and trigger a panic. 2. pch->chan can be NULL. When ppp_unregister_channel() is called, pch->chan is set to NULL before pch is removed from ppp->channels. Fix these by using a lockless RCU approach: - Use list_first_or_null_rcu() to safely test and access the first list entry. - Convert list modifications on ppp->channels to their RCU variants and add synchronize_net() after removal. - Check for a NULL pch->chan before dereferencing it. | ||||

| CVE-2025-62525 | 2 Linux, Openwrt | 2 Linux, Openwrt | 2025-10-30 | 7.9 High |
| OpenWrt Project is a Linux operating system targeting embedded devices. Prior to version 24.10.4, local users could read and write arbitrary kernel memory using the ioctls of the ltq-ptm driver which is used to drive the datapath of the DSL line. This only effects the lantiq target supporting xrx200, danube and amazon SoCs from Lantiq/Intel/MaxLinear with the DSL in PTM mode. The DSL driver for the VRX518 is not affected. ATM mode is also not affected. Most VDSL lines use PTM mode and most ADSL lines use ATM mode. OpenWrt is normally running as a single user system, but some services are sandboxed. This vulnerability could allow attackers to escape a ujail sandbox or other contains. This is fixed in OpenWrt 24.10.4. There are no workarounds. | ||||
| CVE-2025-62526 | 2 Linux, Openwrt | 2 Linux, Openwrt | 2025-10-30 | 7.9 High |
| OpenWrt Project is a Linux operating system targeting embedded devices. Prior to version 24.10.4, ubusd contains a heap buffer overflow in the event registration parsing code. This allows an attacker to modify the head and potentially execute arbitrary code in the context of the ubus daemon. The affected code is executed before running the ACL checks, all ubus clients are able to send such messages. In addition to the heap corruption, the crafted subscription also results in a bypass of the listen ACL. This is fixed in OpenWrt 24.10.4. There are no workarounds. | ||||
