CVSS v3.1 |
| An HTTP Request Smuggling [CWE-444] vulnerability in the Authentication portal of WatchGuard Fireware OS allows a remote attacker to evade request parameter sanitation and perform a reflected self-Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack. This issue affects Fireware OS: from 12.0 through 12.11.2. |
| Member Login Script 3.3 contains a client-side desynchronization vulnerability that allows attackers to manipulate HTTP request handling by exploiting Content-Length header parsing. Attackers can send crafted POST requests with smuggled secondary requests to potentially bypass server-side request processing controls. |
| A flaw was found in Quarkus-HTTP, which incorrectly parses cookies with
certain value-delimiting characters in incoming requests. This issue could
allow an attacker to construct a cookie value to exfiltrate HttpOnly cookie
values or spoof arbitrary additional cookie values, leading to unauthorized
data access or modification. The main threat from this flaw impacts data
confidentiality and integrity. |
| The net/http package improperly accepts a bare LF as a line terminator in chunked data chunk-size lines. This can permit request smuggling if a net/http server is used in conjunction with a server that incorrectly accepts a bare LF as part of a chunk-ext. |
| In Menlo On-Premise Appliance before 2.88, web policy may not be consistently applied properly to intentionally malformed client requests. This is fixed in 2.88.2+, 2.89.1+, and 2.90.1+. |
| Failure to properly synchronize user's permissions in UAA in Cloud Foundry Foundation v40.17.0 https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cf-deployment/releases/tag/v40.17.0 ,
potentially resulting in users retaining access rights they should not
have. This can allow them to perform operations beyond their intended
permissions. |
| The team has identified a critical vulnerability in the http server of the most recent version of Node, where malformed headers can lead to HTTP request smuggling. Specifically, if a space is placed before a content-length header, it is not interpreted correctly, enabling attackers to smuggle in a second request within the body of the first. |
| Inconsistent Interpretation of HTTP Requests ('HTTP Request/Response Smuggling') vulnerability in ithewei libhv allows HTTP Response Smuggling. This issue affects libhv: through 1.3.3. |
| A flaw in libsoup’s HTTP header handling allows multiple Host: headers in a request and returns the last occurrence for server-side processing. Common front proxies often honor the first Host: header, so this mismatch can cause vhost confusion where a proxy routes a request to one backend but the backend interprets it as destined for another host. This discrepancy enables request-smuggling style attacks, cache poisoning, or bypassing host-based access controls when an attacker supplies duplicate Host headers. |
| h11 is a Python implementation of HTTP/1.1. Prior to version 0.16.0, a leniency in h11's parsing of line terminators in chunked-coding message bodies can lead to request smuggling vulnerabilities under certain conditions. This issue has been patched in version 0.16.0. Since exploitation requires the combination of buggy h11 with a buggy (reverse) proxy, fixing either component is sufficient to mitigate this issue. |
| This vulnerability allows a high-privileged authenticated PAM user to achieve remote command execution on the affected PAM system by sending a specially crafted HTTP request. |
| Illegal HTTP request traffic vulnerability (CL.0) in Altitude Communication Server, caused by inconsistent analysis of multiple HTTP requests over a single Keep-Alive connection using Content-Length headers. This can cause a desynchronization of requests between frontend and backend servers, which could allow request hiding, cache poisoning or security bypass. |
| An issue was discovered in Akamai Ghost, as used for the Akamai CDN platform before 2025-03-26. Under certain circumstances, a client making an HTTP/1.x OPTIONS request with an "Expect: 100-continue" header, and using obsolete line folding, can lead to a discrepancy in how two in-path Akamai servers interpret the request, allowing an attacker to smuggle a second request in the original request body. |
| A flaw was found in runtimes-inventory-rhel8-operator. An internal proxy component is incorrectly configured. Because of this flaw, the proxy attaches the cluster's main administrative credentials to any command it receives, instead of only the specific reports it is supposed to handle.
This allows a standard user within the cluster to send unauthorized commands to the management platform, effectively acting with the full permissions of the cluster administrator. This could lead to unauthorized changes to the cluster's configuration or status on the Red Hat platform. |
| mitmproxy is a interactive TLS-capable intercepting HTTP proxy for penetration testers and software developers and mitmweb is a web-based interface for mitmproxy. In mitmweb 11.1.1 and below, a malicious client can use mitmweb's proxy server (bound to `*:8080` by default) to access mitmweb's internal API (bound to `127.0.0.1:8081` by default). In other words, while the cannot access the API directly, they can access the API through the proxy. An attacker may be able to escalate this SSRF-style access to remote code execution. The mitmproxy and mitmdump tools are unaffected. Only mitmweb is affected. This vulnerability has been fixed in mitmproxy 11.1.2 and above. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. |
| HTTP request desynchronization in Ping Identity PingAccess, all versions prior to 8.0.1 affected allows an attacker to send specially crafted http header requests to create a request smuggling condition for proxied requests. |
| Inconsistent interpretation of HTTP requests ('HTTP Request/Response Smuggling') issue exists in HAProxy. If this vulnerability is exploited, a remote attacker may access a path that is restricted by ACL (Access Control List) set on the product. As a result, the attacker may obtain sensitive information. |
| Improper Inconsistent Interpretation of
HTTP Requests ('HTTP Request Smuggling') in Delinea Inc. Cloud Suite and
Privileged Access Service.
If you're not using the latest Server Suite agents, this fix requires that you upgrade to Server Suite 2023.1 (agent 6.0.1) or later. * If you cannot upgrade to Release 2023.1 (agent version 6.0.1) or later, you can choose one of the following versions:
* Server Suite release 2023.0.5 (agent version 6.0.0-158)
* Server Suite release 2022.1.10 (agent version 5.9.1-337) |
| A flaw in Node.js 20's HTTP parser allows improper termination of HTTP/1 headers using `\r\n\rX` instead of the required `\r\n\r\n`.
This inconsistency enables request smuggling, allowing attackers to bypass proxy-based access controls and submit unauthorized requests.
The issue was resolved by upgrading `llhttp` to version 9, which enforces correct header termination.
Impact:
* This vulnerability affects only Node.js 20.x users prior to the `llhttp` v9 upgrade. |
| code-server runs VS Code on any machine anywhere through browser access. Prior to version 4.99.4, a maliciously crafted URL using the proxy subpath can result in the attacker gaining access to the session token. Failure to properly validate the port for a proxy request can result in proxying to an arbitrary domain. The malicious URL `https://<code-server>/proxy/[email protected]/path` would be proxied to `[email protected]/path` where the attacker could exfiltrate a user's session token. Any user who runs code-server with the built-in proxy enabled and clicks on maliciously crafted links that go to their code-server instances with reference to /proxy. Normally this is used to proxy local ports, however the URL can reference the attacker's domain instead, and the connection is then proxied to that domain, which will include sending cookies. With access to the session cookie, the attacker can then log into code-server and have full access to the machine hosting code-server as the user running code-server. This issue has been patched in version 4.99.4. |
