CVE-2026-92628 1 Gitlab 1 Gitlab 2026-09-24 3.1 Low
GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.6 before 19.2.7, 19.3 before 19.3.3, and 19.4 before 19.4.1 that under a race condition, the MCP search tool's shared state handling could have caused search results to be returned under an incorrect user context.
CVE-2026-58093 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-09-24 7 High
The TIOCSCTTY ioctl handler drops the tty lock in order to acquire the process tree lock. After reacquiring the tty lock, the handler did not revalidate the state of the terminal, and could proceed to link a terminal that was concurrently being destroyed to the calling process' session. An unprivileged local user can exploit this race condition to escalate privileges.
CVE-2026-58094 1 Freebsd 1 Freebsd 2026-09-24 7.8 High
The FIOSSHMLPGCNF ioctl(2) operation configures the page size for a largepage shared memory object. This is intended to be used immediately after creating the object, before any memory is allocated for the object. The handler checked whether a page size had already been configured without holding the rangelock. Two concurrent callers could both observe an unconfigured object and set conflicting page sizes, leaving the object in an inconsistent state. An unprivileged local user can exploit this race to escalate privileges.
CVE-2026-91813 1 Foxitsoftware 2 Foxit Pdf Editor, Foxit Reader 2026-09-24 8.8 High
A vulnerability in Foxit PDF Editor/Reader’s update mechanism allows an update package to be replaced between download and high-privilege extraction due to insufficient file locking and integrity validation. This could enable local attackers to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
CVE-2026-77762 1 Apache 1 Apache Tomcat 2026-09-24 8.1 High
Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition') vulnerability in Apache Tomcat allows an attacker to inject trailer fields into another HTTP/2 request. This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.25, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.59, from 9.0.39 through 9.0.121. The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are known to be affected: from 8.5.59 through 8.5.100. Other unsupported versions may also be affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.26, 10.1.60, 9.0.122, which fix the issue.
CVE-2026-77955 1 Nlnetlabs 1 Unbound 2026-09-23 4.4 Medium
In NLnet Labs Unbound 1.13.2 up to and including 1.26.1, a vulnerability in ZONEMD configured zones (zonemd-check: yes) which are located below (but not at) a trust anchor allow for an attack window where (tampered with) zone contents are served (or stored to disk) prior to the ZONEMD integrity check. This is caused by the needed DS/DNSKEY asynchronous resolution that needs to happen before the ZONEMD check completes. If a zonefile is written to disk (zonefile: option) while the ZONEMD check failed, the tampered data are reloaded on startup and available until ZONEMD verification concludes again. If verification fails, the data is not served any more but still persists on disk for future reloads.
CVE-2026-28671 1 Google 1 Android 2026-09-23 3.3 Low
In updateInternal of MediaProvider.java, there is a possible expose contents of files due to a race condition. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2026-86247 1 Apache 1 Apache Tomcat 2026-09-23 7.4 High
Race condition within a thread vulnerability in Apache Tomcat Native allowed client certificate verification requirements to be down-graded for some configurations. This issue affects Apache Tomcat Native: from 2.0.0 through 2.0.15, from 1.3.0 through 1.3.8. Unsupported versions may also be affected. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.16 or 1.3.9, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-80047 1 Huggingface 1 Transformers 2026-09-23 7.8 High
A vulnerability in Hugging Face Transformers (versions 4.57.0 to 5.16.1) allows remote Python files to be written to local disk without user consent when using GenerativePreTrainedModel.load_custom_generate(). The function fetches and caches a remote module file before performing the required trust_remote_code consent check, inverting the security model enforced by other code-loading paths (such as AutoConfig, AutoModel, and AutoTokenizer). As a result, attacker‑controlled Python code from custom_generate/generate.py is copied into the user’s ~/.cache/huggingface/modules directory even if the user declines the trust prompt. Although execution is correctly gated, the file write is not reversible and can persist across sessions. This can lead to persistent, unauthorized files on disk and stale cache collisions where cached attacker code may later be executed during trusted model loads. The issue stems from an unconditional file write in dynamic_module_utils.py prior to any trust verification.
CVE-2026-92881 1 Vgmstream 1 Vgmstream 2026-09-23 4.3 Medium
A security vulnerability has been detected in vgmstream. The affected element is the function init_vgmstream_awb_memory of the file src/meta/awb.c of the component AWB parser. Such manipulation leads to divide by zero. The attack can be executed remotely. The name of the patch is ae37662ad626254ddd96ad69ac263792d7a92024. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue.
CVE-2026-96456 1 Pollen-robotics 1 Reachy Mini 2026-09-23 6.3 Medium
The Reachy Mini Bluetooth service asks a connecting device for a PIN before it will accept commands. The check protects the session but not the caller, so an attacker in Bluetooth range can ride along on someone else's successful authentication. The authenticated state is kept in a single shared flag on the service instance rather than per device. BlueZ passes the calling device's identity to the characteristic write handler in the options argument, but WriteValue(self, value, options) in src/reachy_mini/daemon/app/services/bluetooth/bluetooth_service.py ignores options entirely. The handler therefore has no idea which device sent a given write, and it cannot tell the authenticated one from any other. Once any device completes the PIN exchange, the flag is set and every nearby device can send CMD_ commands until it resets. An attacker simply waits within radio range for a legitimate user to authenticate, then writes commands into the same window. No PIN is ever guessed or brute-forced. This is the second step of a three-step chain that JFrog documented against the robot. The first is the unrestricted file upload in the media sounds API, tracked as CVE-2026-55419, which places an attacker-controlled script on the filesystem. This issue then provides command access over Bluetooth. The third is the Bluetooth command handler path traversal, tracked as CVE-2026-62661, which runs that script as root.
CVE-2026-18477 2 Gnu, Redhat 8 Tar, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 5 more 2026-09-22 4.4 Medium
A TOCTOU (Time-of-Check Time-of-Use) vulnerability in GNU tar's incremental dumpdir 'X' rename handling allows a local attacker with write access to a directory being backed up to influence the restore process if the attacker has access to the system where the restore is being performed. During restoration, files or directories may be created, renamed or overwritten outside the intended extraction directory. This could lead to unauthorized file modification or, in some cases, privilege escalation. Exploitation does not require the attacker to modify or craft the archive, and standard backup and restore workflows—including extracting into a newly created directory without using the -P option do not mitigate the issue.
CVE-2026-93589 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2026-09-22 3.7 Low
ImageMagick before 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56 contains a division-by-zero flaw in the FLIF encoder. An incorrect value for ticks per second in the image being encoded causes a divide-by-zero and crashes the encoder, resulting in a denial of service. The issue is fixed in 7.1.2-31 and 6.9.13-56.
CVE-2026-77242 1 Sooperset 1 Mcp-atlassian 2026-09-22 7.5 High
MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, validate_url_for_ssrf checks a hostname's resolved addresses, but Requests and urllib3 resolve the hostname again when connecting. A caller can use a short-lived DNS answer that is public during validation and private during connection, preserving unauthenticated access to internal or metadata endpoints despite the earlier CVE-2026-27826 remediation. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through validate_url_for_ssrf, _check_dns_resolution, socket.getaddrinfo, and _make_ssrf_safe_hook, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0.
CVE-2026-86805 1 The Gnu C Library 1 Glibc 2026-09-22 6.3 Medium
A time-of-check to time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in the dynamic loader (ld.so) of the GNU C Library (glibc) versions 2.14 through 2.44 allows a local attacker to escalate privileges. When expanding $ORIGIN in DT_RPATH for setuid/setgid (AT_SECURE) programs, glibc validates the lexically normalized search path against the trusted directories but then opens the raw, un-normalized path. On systems where the Linux fs.protected_hardlinks sysctl is disabled, a local attacker who hard-links such a program into an attacker-controlled directory and wins a race to replace an intermediate path component with a symbolic link can direct the loader outside the trusted directory, causing it to load an attacker-controlled shared object and execute arbitrary code with the elevated privileges of the program. Exploitation requires an installed setuid or setgid binary whose DT_RPATH uses $ORIGIN followed by ".." traversal that normalizes into a trusted directory, and the ability to hard-link that binary and win the race by swapping a path component for a symbolic link. Major Linux-based OS distributions ship with fs.protected_hardlinks enabled by default and mitigate the vulnerability.
