CVSS v3.1 |
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the kernel networking subsystem could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as Moderate because it first requires compromising a privileged process and current compiler optimizations restrict access to the vulnerable code. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10, Kernel-3.18. Android ID: A-31349935.
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the MediaTek driver could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10. Android ID: A-31748056. References: MT-ALPS02961400.
MediaWiki before 1.23.12, 1.24.x before 1.24.5, 1.25.x before 1.25.4, and 1.26.x before 1.26.1 do not properly normalize IP addresses containing zero-padded octets, which might allow remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by using an IP address that was not supposed to have been allowed.
The simple_set_acl function in fs/posix_acl.c in the Linux kernel before 4.9.6 preserves the setgid bit during a setxattr call involving a tmpfs filesystem, which allows local users to gain group privileges by leveraging the existence of a setgid program with restrictions on execute permissions. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2016-7097.
In Apache NiFi before 0.7.2 and 1.x before 1.1.2 in a cluster environment, if an anonymous user request is replicated to another node, the originating node identity is used rather than the "anonymous" user.
stalin 0.11-5 allows local users to write to arbitrary files.
IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager could allow a remote attacker to upload arbitrary files. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to upload a malicious file. The only way that file would be executed would be through a phishing attack to trick an unsuspecting victim to execute the file.
A write protection and execution bypass vulnerability in McAfee (now Intel Security) Change Control (MCC) 6.1.0 for Linux and earlier allows authenticated users to change files that are part of write protection rules via specific conditions.
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Qualcomm sound driver could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10, Kernel-3.18. Android ID: A-31252384. References: QC-CR#1071809.
The m_authenticate function in ircd/m_authenticate.c in nefarious2 allows remote attackers to spoof certificate fingerprints and consequently log in as another user via a crafted AUTHENTICATE parameter.
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the MediaTek driver could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: N/A. Android ID: A-31350755. References: MT-ALPS02961424.
Vulnerability in the Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking component of Oracle Financial Services Applications (subcomponent: Core). Supported versions that are affected are 11.3.0, 11.4.0, 12.0.1, 12.0.2, 12.0.3, 12.1.0 and 12.2.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking accessible data. CVSS v3.0 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality impacts).
The PDF plugin in Google Chrome prior to 55.0.2883.75 for Mac, Windows and Linux, and 55.0.2883.84 for Android incorrectly followed redirects, which allowed a remote attacker to bypass the Same Origin Policy via a crafted HTML page.
SeaWell Networks Spectrum SDC 02.05.00 allows remote viewer users to perform administrative functions.
Vulnerability in the Oracle FLEXCUBE Private Banking component of Oracle Financial Services Applications (subcomponent: Product / Instrument Search). Supported versions that are affected are 2.0.1, 2.2.0 and 12.0.1. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle FLEXCUBE Private Banking. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle FLEXCUBE Private Banking, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle FLEXCUBE Private Banking accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle FLEXCUBE Private Banking accessible data. CVSS v3.0 Base Score 8.2 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts).
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Qualcomm camera could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10, Kernel-3.18. Android ID: A-31225246. References: QC-CR#1071891.
An issue was discovered in SMA Solar Technology products. An attacker can use Sunny Explorer or the SMAdata2+ network protocol to update the device firmware without ever having to authenticate. If an attacker is able to create a custom firmware version that is accepted by the inverter, the inverter is compromised completely. This allows the attacker to do nearly anything: for example, giving access to the local OS, creating a botnet, using the inverters as a stepping stone into companies, etc. NOTE: the vendor reports that this attack has always been blocked by "a final integrity and compatibility check." Also, only Sunny Boy TLST-21 and TL-21 and Sunny Tripower TL-10 and TL-30 could potentially be affected
The "OpenID Connect Relying Party and OAuth 2.0 Resource Server" (aka mod_auth_openidc) module before 2.1.5 for the Apache HTTP Server does not skip OIDC_CLAIM_ and OIDCAuthNHeader headers in an "OIDCUnAuthAction pass" configuration, which allows remote attackers to bypass authentication via crafted HTTP traffic.
On the TP-Link TL-SG108E 1.0, the upgrade process can be requested remotely without authentication (httpupg.cgi with a parameter called cmd). This affects the 1.1.2 Build 20141017 Rel.50749 firmware.
An Improper Authentication issue was discovered in Ctek SkyRouter Series 4200 and 4400, all versions prior to V6.00.11. By accessing a specific uniform resource locator (URL) on the web server, a malicious user is able to access the application without authenticating.
