CVSS v3.1 |
Microsoft Win32k in Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, Windows RT 8.1, Windows 10 Gold, 1511, 1607, and 1703, and Windows Server 2016 allows an elevation of privilege vulnerability when it fails to properly handle objects in memory, aka "Win32k Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability".
Default access permissions for Persistent Volumes (PVs) created by the Kubernetes Azure cloud provider in versions 1.6.0 to 1.6.5 are set to "container" which exposes a URI that can be accessed without authentication on the public internet. Access to the URI string requires privileged access to the Kubernetes cluster or authenticated access to the Azure portal.
When using the local_batch client from salt-api in SaltStack Salt before 2015.8.13, 2016.3.x before 2016.3.5, and 2016.11.x before 2016.11.2, external authentication is not respected, enabling all authentication to be bypassed.
The custom authentication realm used by karaf-tomcat's "opendaylight" realm in Opendaylight before Helium SR3 will authenticate any username and password combination.
The Broadcom Wi-Fi driver for Android, as used by BlackBerry smartphones before Build AAE570, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in the context of the kernel.
ping.cgi in NetCommWireless HSPA 3G10WVE wireless routers with firmware before 3G10WVE-L101-S306ETS-C01_R05 allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions via a direct request. NOTE: this issue can be combined with CVE-2015-6024 to execute arbitrary commands.
A write protection and execution bypass vulnerability in McAfee (now Intel Security) Change Control (MCC) 6.1.0 for Linux and earlier allows authenticated users to change files that are part of write protection rules via specific conditions.
The RSCD agent in BMC Server Automation before 8.6 SP1 Patch 2 and 8.7 before Patch 3 on Windows might allow remote attackers to bypass authorization checks and make an RPC call via unspecified vectors.
Oracle, GlassFish Server Open Source Edition 3.0.1 (build 22) is vulnerable to Java Key Store Password Disclosure vulnerability, that makes it possible to provide an unauthenticated attacker plain text password of administrative user and grant access to the web-based administration interface.
In OpenSSL 1.1.0 before 1.1.0c, TLS connections using *-CHACHA20-POLY1305 ciphersuites are susceptible to a DoS attack by corrupting larger payloads. This can result in an OpenSSL crash. This issue is not considered to be exploitable beyond a DoS.
ganglia-web before 3.7.1 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication.
PgBouncer 1.6.x before 1.6.1, when configured with auth_user, allows remote attackers to gain login access as auth_user via an unknown username.
The FusionSphere OpenStack V100R006C00SPC102(NFV) has an improper authentication vulnerability. Due to improper authentication on one port, an authenticated, remote attacker may exploit the vulnerability to execute more operations by send a crafted rest message.
Kupu 3.3.0 through 3.3.6, 4.0.0 through 4.0.10, 4.1.0 through 4.1.6, and 4.2.0 through 4.2.7 allows remote authenticated users to edit Kupu settings.
The gnuplot delegate functionality in ImageMagick before 6.9.4-0 and GraphicsMagick allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via unspecified vectors.
The OAuth extension for MediaWiki improperly negotiates a new client token only over Special:OAuth/initiate, which allows attackers to bypass intended IP address access restrictions by making an API request with an existing token.
Aruba Networks ClearPass Policy Manager before 6.4.7 and 6.5.x before 6.5.2 allows remote authenticated administrators to gain root privileges via unspecified vectors, a different vulnerability than CVE-2015-3654.
ntpq in NTP before 4.2.8p7 allows remote attackers to obtain origin timestamps and then impersonate peers via unspecified vectors.
An elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Qualcomm camera driver could enable a local malicious application to execute arbitrary code within the context of the kernel. This issue is rated as High because it first requires compromising a privileged process. Product: Android. Versions: Kernel-3.10, Kernel-3.18. Android ID: A-30740545. References: QC-CR#1065916.
An issue was discovered in SMA Solar Technology products. An attacker can use Sunny Explorer or the SMAdata2+ network protocol to update the device firmware without ever having to authenticate. If an attacker is able to create a custom firmware version that is accepted by the inverter, the inverter is compromised completely. This allows the attacker to do nearly anything: for example, giving access to the local OS, creating a botnet, using the inverters as a stepping stone into companies, etc. NOTE: the vendor reports that this attack has always been blocked by "a final integrity and compatibility check." Also, only Sunny Boy TLST-21 and TL-21 and Sunny Tripower TL-10 and TL-30 could potentially be affected
