CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
f2fs: fix infinite loop in __insert_extent_tree()
When we get wrong extent info data, and look up extent_node in rb tree,
it will cause infinite loop (CONFIG_F2FS_CHECK_FS=n). Avoiding this by
return NULL and print some kernel messages in that case. |
| Improper input validation for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi software for linux before version 23.20 may allow an unauthenticated user to potentially enable denial of service via adjacent access. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ASoC: Intel: avs: Do not share the name pointer between components
By sharing 'name' directly, tearing down components may lead to
use-after-free errors. Duplicate the name to avoid that.
At the same time, update the order of operations - since commit
cee28113db17 ("ASoC: dmaengine_pcm: Allow passing component name via
config") the framework does not override component->name if set before
invoking the initializer. |
| An issue was discovered on certain Nuki Home Solutions devices. An attacker with physical access to the circuit board could use the SWD debug features to control the execution of code on the processor and debug the firmware, as well as read or alter the content of the internal and external flash memory. This affects Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 before 3.3.5, Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 before 2.12.4, as well as Nuki Bridge v1 before 1.22.0 and v2 before 2.13.2. |
| Memory corruptions can be remotely triggered in the Control-M/Agent when SSL/TLS communication is configured.
The issue occurs in the following cases:
* Control-M/Agent 9.0.20: SSL/TLS configuration is set to the non-default setting "use_openssl=n";
* Control-M/Agent 9.0.21 and 9.0.22: Agent router configuration uses the non-default settings "JAVA_AR=N" and "use_openssl=n" |
| Project Pier 0.8.8 and earlier contains an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability in tools/upload_file.php. The upload handler fails to validate the file type or enforce authentication, allowing remote attackers to upload malicious PHP files directly into a web-accessible directory. The uploaded file is stored with a predictable suffix and can be executed by requesting its URL, resulting in remote code execution. |
| ZXHN-F660T and ZXHN-F660A provided by ZTE Japan K.K. use a common credential for all installations. With the knowledge of the credential, an attacker may log in to the affected devices. |
| PhpTax version 0.8 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in drawimage.php. The pfilez GET parameter is unsafely passed to the exec() function without sanitization. A remote attacker can inject arbitrary shell commands, leading to code execution under the web server's context. No authentication is required. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
futex: Don't leak robust_list pointer on exec race
sys_get_robust_list() and compat_get_robust_list() use ptrace_may_access()
to check if the calling task is allowed to access another task's
robust_list pointer. This check is racy against a concurrent exec() in the
target process.
During exec(), a task may transition from a non-privileged binary to a
privileged one (e.g., setuid binary) and its credentials/memory mappings
may change. If get_robust_list() performs ptrace_may_access() before
this transition, it may erroneously allow access to sensitive information
after the target becomes privileged.
A racy access allows an attacker to exploit a window during which
ptrace_may_access() passes before a target process transitions to a
privileged state via exec().
For example, consider a non-privileged task T that is about to execute a
setuid-root binary. An attacker task A calls get_robust_list(T) while T
is still unprivileged. Since ptrace_may_access() checks permissions
based on current credentials, it succeeds. However, if T begins exec
immediately afterwards, it becomes privileged and may change its memory
mappings. Because get_robust_list() proceeds to access T->robust_list
without synchronizing with exec() it may read user-space pointers from a
now-privileged process.
This violates the intended post-exec access restrictions and could
expose sensitive memory addresses or be used as a primitive in a larger
exploit chain. Consequently, the race can lead to unauthorized
disclosure of information across privilege boundaries and poses a
potential security risk.
Take a read lock on signal->exec_update_lock prior to invoking
ptrace_may_access() and accessing the robust_list/compat_robust_list.
This ensures that the target task's exec state remains stable during the
check, allowing for consistent and synchronized validation of
credentials. |
| An issue was discovered on certain Nuki Home Solutions devices. The HTTP API exposed by a Bridge used an unencrypted channel to provide an administrative interface. A token can be easily eavesdropped by a malicious actor to impersonate a legitimate user and gain access to the full set of API endpoints. This affects Nuki Bridge v1 before 1.22.0 and v2 before 2.13.2. |
| Auxilium RateMyPet contains an unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability in upload_banners.php. The banner upload feature fails to validate file types or enforce authentication, allowing remote attackers to upload malicious PHP files. These files are stored in a web-accessible /banners/ directory and can be executed directly, resulting in remote code execution. |
| A path traversal vulnerability has been reported to affect several product versions. If a local attacker gains a user account, they can then exploit the vulnerability to read the contents of unexpected files or system data.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:
Qfinder Pro Mac 7.13.0 and later
Qsync for Mac 5.1.5 and later
QVPN Device Client for Mac 2.2.8 and later |
| Command Injection in Minidlna version v1.3.3 and before allows an attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands via a specially crafted minidlna.conf configuration file. |
| Insertion of Sensitive Information Into Sent Data vulnerability in ArgusTech BILGER allows Choosing Message Identifier.This issue affects BILGER: before 2.4.6. |
| The WP Private Content Plus plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.1 via the WordPress core search feature. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract sensitive data from posts that have been restricted to higher-level roles such as administrator. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
slab: Avoid race on slab->obj_exts in alloc_slab_obj_exts
If two competing threads enter alloc_slab_obj_exts() and one of them
fails to allocate the object extension vector, it might override the
valid slab->obj_exts allocated by the other thread with
OBJEXTS_ALLOC_FAIL. This will cause the thread that lost this race and
expects a valid pointer to dereference a NULL pointer later on.
Update slab->obj_exts atomically using cmpxchg() to avoid
slab->obj_exts overrides by racing threads.
Thanks for Vlastimil and Suren's help with debugging. |
| Some parameters of the alarm clock module are improperly stored, leaking some sensitive information. |
| Foscam Video Management System 1.1.4.9 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the username input field that allows attackers to crash the application. Attackers can overwrite the username with a 520-byte buffer of repeated 'A' characters to trigger an application crash during device login. |
| The Clickbank WordPress Plugin (Storefront) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.7. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation via the cs_menu page. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update settings and inject malicious web scripts via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. |
| An authenticated command injection vulnerability exists in Tiki Wiki CMS versions ≤14.1, ≤12.4 LTS, ≤9.10 LTS, and ≤6.14 via the `viewmode` GET parameter in `tiki-calendar.php`. When the calendar module is enabled and an authenticated user has permission to access it, an attacker can inject and execute arbitrary PHP code. Successful exploitation leads to remote code execution in the context of the web server user. |
