CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fbdev: bound mode sysfs output to the sysfs buffer
mode_string() uses snprintf() which can return a value larger than the
remaining buffer space. show_modes() accumulates the return value into i
without checking whether i has reached PAGE_SIZE, causing the offset to
advance past the sysfs buffer if the modelist is long enough.
Add a size parameter to mode_string() and use scnprintf() to return
only the bytes actually written. Add an early return when offset
already exceeds the buffer. In show_modes(), stop accumulating once
the buffer is full. |

The impacted element is the function btf_dump_name_dups of the file tools/lib/bpf/btf_dump.c of the component libbpf. The manipulation leads to use after free. Upgrading to version 5.10.163, 5.15.86, 6.0.16, 6.1.2 and 6.2 is sufficient to resolve this issue. The identifier of the patch is c61650b869e0b6fb0c0a28ed42d928eea969afc8/fbe08093fb2334549859829ef81d42570812597d/8c64a8e76eb85d422af5ec60ccbf26e3ead8c333/a733bf10198eb5bb927890940de8ab457491ed3b/93c660ca40b5d2f7c1b1626e955a8e9fa30e0749. You should upgrade the affected component. |
| eml_parser serves as a python module for parsing eml files and returning various information found in the e-mail as well as computed information. Prior to 3.0.2, eml_parser.routing.noparenthesis in eml_parser/routing.py removes parenthesized CFWS comments from Received: headers with a regex-based fix-point loop whose running time is quadratic in the nesting depth. A single Received: header with 5,000 nested parentheses causes approximately 1.3 seconds of CPU saturation per parsed message, and doubling the nesting depth approximately quadruples the running time. An attacker can submit relatively small EML files that consume multiple seconds of processing time, causing worker latency, queue backpressure, and possible service-level outages in synchronous gateways, sandboxes, and real-time triage pipelines. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.2. |
| A memory corruption issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5, macOS Sequoia 15.7.8, macOS Sonoma 14.8.8, macOS Tahoe 26.5, tvOS 26.5, visionOS 26.5, watchOS 26.5. An app may be able to disclose kernel memory. |
| eml_parser serves as a python module for parsing eml files and returning various information found in the e-mail as well as computed information. Prior to 3.0.2, eml_parser.parser.HeaderParser.header_fetch_parse in eml_parser/parser.py uses email.utils.getaddresses() to parse address-bearing e-mail headers. A deeply nested CFWS comment construct exhausts the standard-library recursive descent parser's call stack and raises RecursionError, which is not caught and therefore aborts parsing of the entire message. An attacker can disrupt SOC pipelines that process untrusted EML files, although callers already need to handle exceptions from malformed or pathological messages. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.2. |
| The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.5, iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.5 and iPadOS 26.5, macOS Tahoe 26.5, tvOS 26.5, visionOS 26.5, watchOS 26.5. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected Safari crash. |
| mcp-shell is an MCP server for running shell commands securely, auditably, and on demand. Prior to 0.6.0, the default Docker security.yaml includes /bin/bash in allowed_executables, while security.go validates only the first token and checkBlockedPatternsAndCommands does not reject the shell command-mode flag -c. A caller of the shell_exec MCP tool can provide the command argument `/bin/bash -c <arbitrary-command>`, which passes validation and reaches executor.go, where parseCommand and exec.CommandContext execute the arbitrary command as mcpuser outside the intended allowlist. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.0. |
| A flaw in Node.js Permission Model enforcement allows `trace_events.createTracing().enable()` Writes Trace Logs Outside `--allow-fs-write`.
This can lead to confidentiality impact or bypass of the intended security boundary under affected configurations.
This vulnerability affects Node.js **22.x**, **24.x**, and **26.x**. |

The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The identifier of the patch is e8e9dba09bf56962807d3504b783ccdb6287f3e4. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. |
| A vulnerability was found in TRENDnet TEW-755AP up to 20260702. Affected is the function FUN_401000 of the file /sbin/mycli. The manipulation of the argument ssid results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| HCL Hive is affected by weak software supply chain governance, which could lead to the inclusion of vulnerable, unmaintained, or malicious third-party dependencies within the application environment. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipvs: avoid out-of-bounds write in ip_vs_nat_icmp
Sashiko warns that local attacker can modify the packet
while it is processed by IPVS. Some places read the
IP ihl field multiple times which can cause out-of-bounds
access. One such place is ip_vs_nat_icmp where we
can write after the validated area.
Fix it by providing ciph argument just like it is done for
IPv6 and use ciph->len as offset to the embedded transport
header.
Modify some IPv4 header checks by reading the ihl field
only once. |
