CVSS v3.1 |
https://www.gnu.org/software/binutils/ nm >=2.43 is affected by: Incorrect Access Control. The type of exploitation is: local. The component is: `nm --without-symbol-version` function.
A vulnerability has been found in mingyuefusu 明月复苏 tushuguanlixitong 图书管理系统 up to d4836f6b49cd0ac79a4021b15ce99ff7229d4694 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function doFilter of the file /admin/ of the component Backend. The manipulation of the argument Request leads to improper access controls. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
An improper access control vulnerability exists in SimplCommerce at commit 230310c8d7a0408569b292c5a805c459d47a1d8f, allowing users to submit reviews without verifying if they have purchased the product.
The Janssen Project is an open-source identity and access management (IAM) platform. Prior to version 1.8.0, the Config API returns results without scope verification. This has a large internal surface attack area that exposes all sorts of information from the IDP including clients, users, scripts ..etc. This issue has been patched in version 1.8.0. A workaround for this vulnerability involves users forking and building the config api, patching it in their system following commit 92eea4d.
Broken access control in NetAdmin 4.030319 returns data with functionalities on the endpoint that "assembles" the functionalities menus, the return of this call is not encrypted and as the system does not validate the session authorization, an attacker can copy the content of the browser of a user with greater privileges having access to the functionalities of the user that the code was copied.
OpenObserve is a cloud-native observability platform. A vulnerability in the user management endpoint `/api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` allows an "Admin" role user to remove a "Root" user from the organization. This violates the intended privilege hierarchy, enabling a non-root user to remove the highest-privileged account. Due to insufficient role checks, the `remove_user_from_org` function does not prevent an "Admin" user from removing a "Root" user. As a result, an attacker with an "Admin" role can remove critical "Root" users, potentially gaining effective full control by eliminating the highest-privileged accounts. The `DELETE /api/{org_id}/users/{email_id}` endpoint is affected. This issue has been addressed in release version `0.14.1` and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
linjiashop <=0.9 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control. When using the default-generated JWT authentication, attackers can bypass the authentication and retrieve the encrypted "password" and "salt". The password can then be obtained through brute-force cracking.
JHipster before v.8.9.0 allows privilege escalation via a modified authorities parameter. Upon registering in the JHipster portal and logging in as a standard user, the authorities parameter in the response from the api/account endpoint contains the value ROLE_USER. By manipulating the authorities parameter and changing its value to ROLE_ADMIN, the privilege is successfully escalated to an Admin level. This allowed the access to all admin-related functionalities in the application. NOTE: this is disputed by the Supplier because there is no privilege escalation in the context of the JHipster backend (the report only demonstrates that, after using JHipster to generate an application, one can make a non-functional admin screen visible in the front end of that application).
A vulnerability was determined in academico-sis academico up to d9a9e2636fbf7e5845ee086bcb03ca62faceb6ab. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /edit-photo of the component Profile Picture Handler. This manipulation causes unrestricted upload. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. This product adopts a rolling release strategy to maintain continuous delivery The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A vulnerability was found in the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). This flaw allows attackers to escalate privileges by improperly leveraging read-scoped OAuth2 tokens to gain write access. This issue affects API endpoints that rely on ansible_base.oauth2_provider for OAuth2 authentication. While the impact is limited to actions within the user’s assigned permissions, it undermines scoped access controls, potentially allowing unintended modifications in the application and consuming services.
Misconfigured settings in IITB SSO v1.1.0 allow attackers to access sensitive application data.
Incorrect access control in BW Broadcast TX600 (14980), TX300 (32990) (31448), TX150, TX1000, TX30, and TX50 Hardware Version: 2, Software Version: 1.6.0, Control Version: 1.0, AIO Firmware Version: 1.7 allows attackers to access log files and extract session identifiers to execute a session hijacking attack.
A vulnerability classified as critical has been found in feng_ha_ha/megagao ssm-erp and production_ssm 1.0. This affects the function uploadPicture of the file PictureServiceImpl.java. The manipulation of the argument File leads to unrestricted upload. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product is distributed under two entirely different names.

ExaGrid EX10 6.3 - 7.0.1.P08 is vulnerable to Incorrect Access Control in the MailConfiguration API endpoint, where users with operator-level privileges can issue an HTTP request to retrieve SMTP credentials, including plaintext passwords.
The Net::IPV4Addr module 0.10 for Perl does not properly consider extraneous zero characters in an IP address string, which (in some situations) allows attackers to bypass access control that is based on IP addresses.
The VK Blocks plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.94.2.2 via the page content block. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to extract sensitive data including the content of private posts and pages.
