| A flaw was found in GIMP. An integer overflow vulnerability exists when processing ICO image files, specifically in the `ico_read_info` and `ico_read_icon` functions. This issue arises because a size calculation for image buffers can wrap around due to a 32-bit integer evaluation, allowing oversized image headers to bypass security checks. A remote attacker could exploit this by providing a specially crafted ICO file, leading to a buffer overflow and memory corruption, which may result in an application level denial of service. |

| A stack-based buffer overflow was found in rpcbind's rpcinfo utility. In rpcbdump() short mode (used by `rpcinfo -s`), version numbers from a remote RPCBPROC_DUMP reply are written into a fixed-size stack buffer without bounds checking. A user or administrator who runs `rpcinfo -s` against a malicious or compromised rpcbind endpoint could experience a crash or denial of service of the rpcinfo client. |

| stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. From master-742-1a13107 until master-763-4fcc6fe, IMatrixCollector::load_imatrix in src/runtime/imatrix.cpp reuses the values and counts vectors for entries with the same tensor name but resizes them only when they are empty. An untrusted .imatrix file can provide a small nval for the first entry and a larger nval for a second entry with the same name, causing the accumulation loop to write attacker-controlled floating-point and integer values beyond both heap buffers. Loading the file through the --imat-in conversion path can corrupt the heap or crash the process before a model is required. This issue is fixed in master-763-4fcc6fe. |
| stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. Prior to master-764-e22272e, the safetensors loader in src/model_io/safetensors_io.cpp trusts each tensor's data_offsets after checking only that nbytes equals end - begin. A crafted .safetensors file can declare a byte range beyond the file's data section, causing src/model_loader.cpp to consume an attacker-chosen length from an unchecked mapped-file offset. Loading the model can read adjacent process memory into tensor buffers or crash the process. This issue is fixed in master-764-e22272e. |
| Missing Authorization in XmlDsDump in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote authenticated attacker holding only the webtools base permissions (OFBTOOLS_VIEW, WEBTOOLS_VIEW) — explicitly not the ENTITY_MAINT permission the export feature declares and visibly refuses to render for — to export the contents of any database entity, including UserLogin with its currentPassword hashes, to any filesystem path the OFBiz process can write, including a web-served docroot, and to create arbitrary directories or truncate arbitrary existing files at those paths, because the XmlDsDump screen action writes the requested entity data via new FileOutputStream on unvalidated outpath and filename request parameters before the screen's ENTITY_MAINT permission check runs, unlike the equivalent Java service entityExportAll, which enforces both a permission check and a file-path allow-list. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Improper Neutralization of Special Elements Used in an Expression Language Statement ('Expression Language Injection') in EmailServices in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote authenticated attacker holding only OFBTOOLS_VIEW and ACCOUNTING_VIEW, the two view-level permissions that open the Accounting application, to execute arbitrary operating system commands as the account running OFBiz, by submitting a ${groovy:...} expression as the bodyText or subject value to the shipped Send Per Email invoice form, because sendMailFromScreen passes those caller-supplied values through FlexibleStringExpander.expandString, which compiles and evaluates embedded Groovy on a class loader that carries none of the SecureASTCustomizer restrictions GroovyUtil.eval applies elsewhere, behind a service and request-map that declare no permission check beyond base authentication. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Incorrect Authorization in ContentPermissionServices in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote authenticated attacker holding only a limited content-create permission to self-grant the OWNER role on arbitrary content by invoking the createContentRole service (e.g. via the createForumGroupRole request), causing the permission check to fall through to a fail-open default-grant branch when no ContentPurposeOperation entry matches the requested operation and content purpose, rather than denying the request. A self-granted OWNER role then satisfies the ownership check used to authorize update, removal, and status changes on that content, giving the attacker full read/write/delete control over content they should not have access to. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
