CVE-2024-31450 1 Owncast Project 1 Owncast 2025-10-15 2.7 Low
Owncast is an open source, self-hosted, decentralized, single user live video streaming and chat server. The Owncast application exposes an administrator API at the URL /api/admin. The emoji/delete endpoint of said API allows administrators to delete custom emojis, which are saved on disk. The parameter name is taken from the JSON request and directly appended to the filepath that points to the emoji to delete. By using path traversal sequences (../), attackers with administrative privileges can exploit this endpoint to delete arbitrary files on the system, outside of the emoji directory. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.3.

CVE-2024-8769 1 Aimstack 1 Aim 2025-10-15 9.1 Critical
A vulnerability in the `LockManager.release_locks` function in aimhubio/aim (commit bb76afe) allows for arbitrary file deletion through relative path traversal. The `run_hash` parameter, which is user-controllable, is concatenated without normalization as part of a path used to specify file deletion. This vulnerability is exposed through the `Repo._close_run()` method, which is accessible via the tracking server instruction API. As a result, an attacker can exploit this to delete any arbitrary file on the machine running the tracking server.
CVE-2024-8581 1 Lollms 1 Lollms Web Ui 2025-10-15 N/A
A vulnerability in the `upload_app` function of parisneo/lollms-webui V12 (Strawberry) allows an attacker to delete any file or directory on the system. The function does not implement user input filtering with the `filename` value, causing a Path Traversal error.
CVE-2024-8524 1 Modelscope 1 Agentscope 2025-10-15 7.5 High

CVE-2024-8060 1 Open-webui 1 Open-webui 2025-10-15 N/A
OpenWebUI version 0.3.0 contains a vulnerability in the audio API endpoint `/audio/api/v1/transcriptions` that allows for arbitrary file upload. The application performs insufficient validation on the `file.content_type` and allows user-controlled filenames, leading to a path traversal vulnerability. This can be exploited by an authenticated user to overwrite critical files within the Docker container, potentially leading to remote code execution as the root user.
CVE-2024-6281 1 Parisneo 1 Lollms 2025-10-15 N/A
A path traversal vulnerability exists in the `apply_settings` function of parisneo/lollms versions prior to 9.5.1. The `sanitize_path` function does not adequately secure the `discussion_db_name` parameter, allowing attackers to manipulate the path and potentially write to important system folders.
CVE-2024-6090 1 Gaizhenbiao 1 Chuanhuchatgpt 2025-10-15 N/A
A path traversal vulnerability exists in gaizhenbiao/chuanhuchatgpt version 20240410, allowing any user to delete other users' chat histories. This vulnerability can also be exploited to delete any files ending in `.json` on the target system, leading to a denial of service as users are unable to authenticate.
CVE-2024-5821 1 Stitionai 1 Devika 2025-10-15 N/A
The vulnerability allows an attacker to access sensitive files on the server by confusing the agent with incorrect file names. When a user requests the content of a file with a misspelled name, the agent attempts to correct the command and inadvertently reveals the content of the intended file, such as /etc/passwd. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information and potential server compromise.
CVE-2024-5550 1 H2o 1 H2o 2025-10-15 5.3 Medium
In h2oai/h2o-3 version 3.40.0.4, an exposure of sensitive information vulnerability exists due to an arbitrary system path lookup feature. This vulnerability allows any remote user to view full paths in the entire file system where h2o-3 is hosted. Specifically, the issue resides in the Typeahead API call, which when requested with a typeahead lookup of '/', exposes the root filesystem including directories such as /home, /usr, /bin, among others. This vulnerability could allow attackers to explore the entire filesystem, and when combined with a Local File Inclusion (LFI) vulnerability, could make exploitation of the server trivial.
CVE-2024-4941 1 Gradio Project 1 Gradio 2025-10-15 7.5 High
A local file inclusion vulnerability exists in the JSON component of gradio-app/gradio version 4.25. The vulnerability arises from improper input validation in the `postprocess()` function within `gradio/components/json_component.py`, where a user-controlled string is parsed as JSON. If the parsed JSON object contains a `path` key, the specified file is moved to a temporary directory, making it possible to retrieve it later via the `/file=..` endpoint. This issue is due to the `processing_utils.move_files_to_cache()` function traversing any object passed to it, looking for a dictionary with a `path` key, and then copying the specified file to a temporary directory. The vulnerability can be exploited by an attacker to read files on the remote system, posing a significant security risk.
CVE-2024-4315 1 Parisneo 1 Lollms 2025-10-15 N/A
parisneo/lollms version 9.5 is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion (LFI) attacks due to insufficient path sanitization. The `sanitize_path_from_endpoint` function fails to properly sanitize Windows-style paths (backward slash `\`), allowing attackers to perform directory traversal attacks on Windows systems. This vulnerability can be exploited through various routes, including `personalities` and `/del_preset`, to read or delete any file on the Windows filesystem, compromising the system's availability.
CVE-2024-1873 1 Lollms 1 Lollms Web Ui 2025-10-15 9.1 Critical
parisneo/lollms-webui is vulnerable to path traversal and denial of service attacks due to an exposed `/select_database` endpoint in version a9d16b0. The endpoint improperly handles file paths, allowing attackers to specify absolute paths when interacting with the `DiscussionsDB` instance. This flaw enables attackers to create directories anywhere on the system where the application has permissions, potentially leading to denial of service by creating directories with names of critical files, such as HTTPS certificate files, causing server startup failures. Additionally, attackers can manipulate the database path, resulting in the loss of client data by constantly changing the file location to an attacker-controlled location, scattering the data across the filesystem and making recovery difficult.
CVE-2024-10902 1 Dbgpt 1 Db-gpt 2025-10-15 9.8 Critical
In eosphoros-ai/db-gpt version v0.6.0, the web API `POST /v1/personal/agent/upload` is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload with Path Traversal. This vulnerability allows unauthorized attackers to upload arbitrary files to the victim's file system at any location. The impact of this vulnerability includes the potential for remote code execution (RCE) by writing malicious files, such as a malicious `__init__.py` in the Python's `/site-packages/` directory.
CVE-2024-10707 1 Gaizhenbiao 1 Chuanhuchatgpt 2025-10-15 N/A
gaizhenbiao/chuanhuchatgpt version git d4ec6a3 is affected by a local file inclusion vulnerability due to the use of the gradio component gr.JSON, which has a known issue (CVE-2024-4941). This vulnerability allows unauthenticated users to access arbitrary files on the server by uploading a specially crafted JSON file and exploiting the improper input validation in the handle_dataset_selection function.
CVE-2024-10361 1 Librechat 1 Librechat 2025-10-15 9.1 Critical
An arbitrary file deletion vulnerability exists in danny-avila/librechat version v0.7.5-rc2, specifically within the /api/files endpoint. This vulnerability arises from improper input validation, allowing path traversal techniques to delete arbitrary files on the server. Attackers can exploit this to bypass security mechanisms and delete files outside the intended directory, including critical system files, user data, or application resources. This vulnerability impacts the integrity and availability of the system.
CVE-2024-0520 1 Lfprojects 1 Mlflow 2025-10-15 8.8 High
A vulnerability in mlflow/mlflow version 8.2.1 allows for remote code execution due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('Command Injection') within the `mlflow.data.http_dataset_source.py` module. Specifically, when loading a dataset from a source URL with an HTTP scheme, the filename extracted from the `Content-Disposition` header or the URL path is used to generate the final file path without proper sanitization. This flaw enables an attacker to control the file path fully by utilizing path traversal or absolute path techniques, such as '../../tmp/poc.txt' or '/tmp/poc.txt', leading to arbitrary file write. Exploiting this vulnerability could allow a malicious user to execute commands on the vulnerable machine, potentially gaining access to data and model information. The issue is fixed in version 2.9.0.
