CVSS v3.1 |
The Microsoft Windows Subsystem for Linux on Microsoft Windows 10 1703 allows a denial of service vulnerability when it improperly handles objects in memory, aka "Windows Subsystem for Linux Denial of Service Vulnerability".
All versions of VAMPSET software produced by Schneider Electric, prior to V2.2.189, are susceptible to a memory corruption vulnerability when a corrupted vf2 file is used. This vulnerability causes the software to halt or not start when trying to open the corrupted file. This vulnerability occurs when fill settings are intentionally malformed and is opened in a standalone state, without connection to a protection relay. This attack is not considered to be remotely exploitable. This vulnerability has no effect on the operation of the protection relay to which VAMPSET is connected. As Windows operating system remains operational and VAMPSET responds, it is able to be shut down through its normal closing protocol.
The Windows Kernel-Mode Drivers component on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 SP2 and R2 SP1, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 Gold and R2, Windows RT 8.1, Windows 10 Gold, 1511, 1607, and 1703, and Windows Server 2016 allows an elevation of privilege vulnerability when the Win32k component fails to properly handle objects in memory, aka "Win32k Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability".. This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2017-8720.
A Stack-Based Buffer Overflow issue was discovered in Digital Canal Structural Wind Analysis versions 9.1 and prior. An attacker may be able to run arbitrary code by remotely exploiting an executable to perform a denial-of-service attack.
Buffer overflow in coders/tiff.c in ImageMagick before 6.9.5-1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) or have other unspecified impact via a crafted file.
Microsoft Edge in Microsoft Windows 10 1511, 1607, 1703, and Windows Server 2016 allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user, due to the way that Microsoft browser JavaScript engines render content when handling objects in memory, aka "Scripting Engine Memory Corruption Vulnerability". This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2017-8649, CVE-2017-8729, CVE-2017-8738, CVE-2017-8740, CVE-2017-8741, CVE-2017-8748, CVE-2017-8752, CVE-2017-8753, CVE-2017-8755, CVE-2017-8756, and CVE-2017-11764.
Buffer overflow in the mpfr_strtofr function in GNU MPFR before 3.1.2-p11 allows context-dependent attackers to have unspecified impact via vectors related to incorrect documentation for mpn_set_str.
The AcquireMagickMemory function in MagickCore/memory.c in ImageMagick 7.0.3.3 before 7.0.3.8 allows remote attackers to have unspecified impact via a crafted image, which triggers a memory allocation failure. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2016-8862.
The ReadDIBImage function in coders/dib.c in ImageMagick allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a corrupted dib file.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. macOS before 10.12.1 is affected. The issue involves the "AppleGraphicsControl" component. It allows attackers to execute arbitrary code in a privileged context or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted app.
ImageMagick 6.8.9-9 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (out-of-bounds access) via a crafted palm file.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.1 is affected. macOS before 10.12.1 is affected. tvOS before 10.0.1 is affected. watchOS before 3.1 is affected. The issue involves the "CoreGraphics" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) via a crafted JPEG file.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.1 is affected. Safari before 10.0.1 is affected. tvOS before 10.0.1 is affected. The issue involves the "WebKit" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) via a crafted web site.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.2 is affected. macOS before 10.12.2 is affected. watchOS before 3.1.3 is affected. The issue involves the "FontParser" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) via a crafted font.
The xps_true_callback_glyph_name function in xps/xpsttf.c in Artifex Ghostscript GhostXPS 9.21 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (Segmentation Violation and application crash) via a crafted file.
The disassemble_bytes function in objdump.c in GNU Binutils 2.28 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (buffer overflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted binary file, as demonstrated by mishandling of rae insns printing for this file during "objdump -D" execution.
opcodes/rx-decode.opc in GNU Binutils 2.28 lacks bounds checks for certain scale arrays, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (buffer overflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted binary file, as demonstrated by mishandling of this file during "objdump -D" execution.
An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.2 is affected. Safari before 10.0.2 is affected. iCloud before 6.1 is affected. iTunes before 12.5.4 is affected. watchOS before 3.1.3 is affected. The issue involves the "WebKit" component. It allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) via a crafted web site.
The process_otr function in bfd/versados.c in the Binary File Descriptor (BFD) library (aka libbfd), as distributed in GNU Binutils 2.28, does not validate a certain offset, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (buffer overflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted binary file, as demonstrated by mishandling of this file during "objdump -D" execution.
opcodes/i386-dis.c in GNU Binutils 2.28 does not consider the number of registers for bnd mode, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (buffer overflow and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted binary file, as demonstrated by mishandling of this file during "objdump -D" execution.
