CVSS v3.1 |
This CVE ID has been rejected or withdrawn by its CVE Numbering Authority.
A vulnerability was found in code-projects Personal Diary Management System 1.0 and classified as critical. Affected by this issue is the function addrecord of the component New Record Handler. The manipulation of the argument filename leads to stack-based buffer overflow. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A vulnerability was found in code-projects Train Ticket Reservation System 1.0. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function Reservation of the component Ticket Reservation. The manipulation of the argument Name leads to stack-based buffer overflow. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
DO NOT USE THIS CANDIDATE NUMBER. ConsultIDs: CVE-2024-41722. Reason: This candidate is a reservation duplicate of CVE-2024-41722. Notes: All CVE users should reference CVE-2024-41722. instead of this candidate. All references and descriptions in this candidate have been removed to prevent accidental usage.
The Netlogon server implementation in smbd in Samba 3.5.x and 3.6.x before 3.6.25, 4.0.x before 4.0.25, 4.1.x before 4.1.17, and 4.2.x before 4.2.0rc5 performs a free operation on an uninitialized stack pointer, which allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted Netlogon packets that use the ServerPasswordSet RPC API, as demonstrated by packets reaching the _netr_ServerPasswordSet function in rpc_server/netlogon/srv_netlog_nt.c.
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in code-projects Clothing Store Management System up to 1.0. Affected is the function add_item. The manipulation of the argument st.productname leads to stack-based buffer overflow. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A vulnerability has been found in code-projects Theater Seat Booking System 1.0 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function cancel. The manipulation of the argument cancelcustomername leads to stack-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack on the local host. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
Memory corruption may occur during IO configuration processing when the IO port count is invalid.
Memory corruption while decoding of OTA messages from T3448 IE.
Transient DOS while processing of a registration acceptance OTA due to incorrect ciphering key data IE.
in OpenHarmony v5.0.3 and prior versions allow a local attacker cause DOS through buffer overflow.
Windows Cryptographic Services Information Disclosure Vulnerability
A vulnerability has been identified in Simcenter Femap (All versions < V2401.0000), Simcenter Femap (All versions < V2306.0001). The affected applications contain an out of bounds read past the end of an allocated structure while parsing specially crafted Catia MODEL files. This could allow an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process. (ZDI-CAN-22055)
A vulnerability has been identified in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation V2201 (All versions < V2201.0012), Tecnomatix Plant Simulation V2302 (All versions < V2302.0006). The affected applications contain an out of bounds read past the end of an allocated structure while parsing specially crafted SPP files. This could allow an attacker to execute code in the context of the current process.
| A buffer copy without checking size of input vulnerability has been reported to affect several QNAP operating system versions. If exploited, the vulnerability could allow authenticated administrators to execute code via a network.
We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:
QTS 5.1.2.2533 build 20230926 and later
QuTS hero h5.1.2.2534 build 20230927 and later
QuTScloud c5.1.5.2651 and later

`python-multipart` is a streaming multipart parser for Python. When using form data, `python-multipart` uses a Regular Expression to parse the HTTP `Content-Type` header, including options. An attacker could send a custom-made `Content-Type` option that is very difficult for the RegEx to process, consuming CPU resources and stalling indefinitely (minutes or more) while holding the main event loop. This means that process can't handle any more requests, leading to regular expression denial of service. This vulnerability has been patched in version 0.0.7.
| An Improper Preservation of Consistency Between Independent Representations of Shared State vulnerability in the Packet Forwarding Engine (PFE) of Juniper Networks Junos OS allows a locally authenticated attacker with low privileges to cause a Denial of Service (DoS). If the device is very busy for example while executing a series of show commands on the CLI one or more SFPs might not be detected anymore. The system then changes its state to "unplugged" which is leading to traffic impact and at least a partial DoS. Once the system is less busy the port states return to their actual value. Indicators of compromise are log messages about unplugged SFPs and corresponding syspld messages without any physical or environmental cause. These can be checked by issuing the following commands: user@device# show log messages | match unplugged %PFE-6: fpc0 sfp-0/1/2 SFP unplugged %PFE-6: fpc0 sfp-0/1/3 SFP unplugged The following log messages will also be seen when this issue happens: fpc0 Error tvp_drv_syspld_read: syspld read failed for address <address> fpc0 Error[-1]:tvp_optics_presence_get - Syspld read failed for port <pic/port> fpc0 optics pres failed(-1) for pic <pic> port <port> fpc0 tvp_drv_syspld_read: i2c access retry count 200 This issue affects Juniper Networks Junos OS on EX2300 Series, EX3400 Series: All versions prior to 18.4R3-S11; 19.1 versions prior to 19.1R3-S9; 19.2 versions prior to 19.2R1-S9, 19.2R3-S5; 19.3 versions prior to 19.3R3-S6; 19.4 versions prior to 19.4R2-S7, 19.4R3-S8; 20.1 versions prior to 20.1R3-S4; 20.2 versions prior to 20.2R3-S4; 20.3 versions prior to 20.3R3-S4; 20.4 versions prior to 20.4R3-S3; 21.1 versions prior to 21.1R3-S1; 21.2 versions prior to 21.2R3; 21.3 versions prior to 21.3R2; 21.4 versions prior to 21.4R2. |
