| An improper authorization vulnerability exists in the handling of sub-workflow tasks. An authenticated user who does not have permission to access a target project can reference and invoke a workflow belonging to that project through a sub-workflow task.
The system does not properly verify whether the user has permission to execute the referenced workflow or access its project. As a result, the user can bypass project-level authorization controls and cause workflows in unauthorized projects to be executed.
Successful exploitation may allow unauthorized execution of workflow tasks and access to the resources or data available to the target workflow.
This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue. |

| An improper access control vulnerability in TeamViewer Full Client, Host, and related affected modules on Windows, Linux, and macOS allows an authenticated remote attacker to bypass user-configured permission settings during session establishment. By modifying access control parameters for restricted features, an attacker can perform actions that were explicitly denied by the victim's configuration. This may result in unauthorized actions and potentially lead to remote code execution on the target system. |
| MCP Atlassian is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira). Prior to 0.22.0, the HTTP transport accepts requests without a verified user identity and downstream fetcher construction falls back to the operator's globally configured Jira or Confluence credentials. A network client that can reach the MCP endpoint can invoke Atlassian tools as the operator, including read and write operations available to that account. The advisory traces the vulnerable input and processing flow through UserTokenMiddleware, AtlassianOpaqueTokenVerifier, _get_fetcher, and streamable-http, which identify the affected entry points, controls, and code paths. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.0. |
| The mechanism binding API-uploaded files to the uploader's authentication method is not working correctly and the same session token is used for all token-based API users. Since API-uploaded files are refered to by randomly generated UUIDs and only exist for a day, there is virtually no risk, but it renders the added protection mechanism useless. |
| The openml/openml.org web application version v2.0.20241110 uses incremental user IDs and insufficient email ownership verification during email update workflows. An authenticated attacker controlling a user account with a lower user ID can update their email address to that of another user with a higher user ID without proper verification. This results in the victim's email being reassigned to the attacker's account, causing the victim to be locked out immediately and unable to log in. The vulnerability leads to denial of service via account lockout but does not grant the attacker direct access to the victim's private data. |
